Today,
being slim and prim is the new buzzword. Literally, it is achieved the level of
obsession. But tell me honestly, will only being obsessed with becoming thin be
of any help? The truth is it will be of no use. The only solution to be in
shape is to undergo body recomposition.
You can call this process the bread and butter of body slimming. But let me be
honest. Recomposing body is a bit difficult process. That is why gym trainers
or body-builders suggest different ways to either gain mass or lose weight.
There
has been a lot of research work related to bodybuilding and weight loss. There
is nothing called fat muscle. It is a process of gaining muscles without the
fat. In simple words, you need to burn the excess fat and gain muscles at the
same time. Well, body recomposition
can be made simple.
Diet Matters
To
maintain a moderate calorie deficit in your diet is the keyword to attaining a
recomposed body. You must have a lack of calorie in your diet to burn fat but
must not eat so less that your muscles do not grow. If you exercise for 4 – 6
hours each week, then the calories deficit should be 20% from the diet. Apart
from calories, take 1.2 grams of protein, 1 gram of carbohydrate, and 0.2 grams
of fat per day. Reducing fat does not mean cutting down the fat content
completely from your food chart. Some fats are essential for your body.
Exercises
For
recomposing your body soon, focus more on weightlifting. Practice squats,
dead-lifting, military and bench-press every day. Repeat each exercise 4 – 6
times and gradually increase the rate. If
at all you have to do cardio, perform HIIT, or the high-intensity interval
training for 1-2 hours each week. And above all, take adequate sleep. Sleep
keeps your brain in rest. While exercising, relaxing your body internally and
externally is a must.
